 1. пузами я меряться не буду - это бесполезная трата Ваших сил.
 2. самый простой вариант:
     sendmail -> sendmail_real
     нужен враппер c названием sendmail из двух строк на shell
     #!/bin/sh
     sendmail_real -p :$SERVER_NAME $@
     В конфиг submit.cf добавляем
     HX-VIRT-HOST: $s
 --- ifmail v.2.15dev5.3
