 ACLы, надеюсь, ни к чему, а то в одно письмо не влезет.
 Все равно из конфига не понять, например, что на каждый Async
 при подключении вешается 2 ACL - 111 in, 110 на out.
 
 Как назло, 8 модемов бывает только ночью,
 а в другое время не посмотреть, сколько процессор провел в interrupt.
