 Пробовал - не канает... :-(( во всех этих случаях отдает текущее время.
 Ладно, с этим еще можно как-то жить, но как при этом заставить документы с
 SSI кэшироваться?
 
 ЗЫЖ повторюсь, доступа к настройкам Апача нет! :-((
