Opera's Language Files for FreeBSD
The language modules in the table below are
files to be included with an
already installed version of Opera for FreeBSD.
These files will change
the language of your user interface, but do
not include the help files,
or the tip of the day.
(Только интерфейс !)
Follow these simple steps to browse the Web in
your language.
1. Download and install Opera for FreeBSD, if
you haven't already done so.
2. Click the language file you prefer from the
table below. We recommend that you use the newest
version of each file available. (browser and language)
3. Save the file to the "locale" directory in
the Opera directory on your hard drive, which by
default is found in:
/usr/local/share/opera/locale/. You must have root
privilege to copy a file to this directory.
("Save" is found under the Opera "File" menu at
the top of your screen.)
4. Go back to "File" in Opera and select
"Preferences", then select "Document" and next
"Languages" from the Preferences box. Under the
section labeled "User Interface", select the
language module from the drop-down menu. If you
can't find your language, press the choose button
next to the drop-down menu to find your language.
5. Press OK to apply your selection, and
restart Opera.

Bulgarian, Chinese Simplified, Danish,
Deutsch/German, English- Great Britain,
French, Japanese, Norsk/Norwegian bokmål,
Norsk/Norwegian nynorsk, Polish,
Português-brasileiro, Svenska/Swedish, Turkish.
Русского языка нету!
Hо есть английские заготовки для перевода:

Non-translated language file for Qt
Вот их как я понимаю и нужно переводить.
