Subject : проблемы с acpi или что?

По команде reboot или по ctrl+alt+del - оно делает свои задачи и.. на
сообщении Uptime xxxxx виснет. Что я не так делаю? FreeBSD-5.2.1
Еще при загрузке смущает это:
