ru.unix.bsd- RU.UNIX.BSD ------------------------------------------------------------------ From : Eugene Grosbein 2:5006/1 30 Sep 2001 14:52:49 To : All Subject : restore: BUGS -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- RESTORE(8) FreeBSD System Manager's Manual RESTORE(8) NAME restore, rrestore - restore files or file systems from backups made with dump SYNOPSIS restore -i [-chkmNuvy] [-b blocksize] [-f file] [-s fileno] restore -R [-ckNuvy] [-b blocksize] [-f file] [-s fileno] restore -r [-ckNuvy] [-b blocksize] [-f file] [-s fileno] restore -t [-chkNuvy] [-b blocksize] [-f file] [-s fileno] [file ...] restore -x [-chkmNuvy] [-b blocksize] [-f file] [-s fileno] [file ...] [skip] BUGS Restore can get confused when doing incremental restores from dumps that were made on active file systems. A level zero dump must be done after a full restore. Because restore runs in user code, it has no control over inode allocation; thus a full dump must be done to get a new set of directories reflecting the new inode numbering, even though the contents of the files is unchanged. [skip] Последный параграф я совершенно не понимаю. Для чего нужно делать full dump после full restore?
