ru.unix.bsd- RU.UNIX.BSD ------------------------------------------------------------------ From : Vladislav Zhuk 2:465/62.197 18 Apr 2002 13:22:36 To : Andy Bogdanov Subject : статистика по трафику по SNMP -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PA>> Господа, а можно ли использовать для этого пакет построения графиков, в PA>> данном случае загрузки канала, MRTG (http://www.mrtg.org) PA>> Кто-нибудь поделится опытом его использования в этом плане, примеры даст, PA>> как сделать, а то пока только SQUID он у меня обрабатывает. PA>> AB> ipfw add NNN count all from <ip> to any in via <out_iface> AB> ipfw add NNM count all from any to <ip> out via <out_iface> AB> Target[<ip>]: `/usr/local/libexec/get_count.sh NNN NNM` AB> etc... [ скрипт поскипан ] Вот что по этому поводу написано в доке на mrtg: Interface by IP Sometimes SNMP interface index can change, like when new interfaces are added or removed. This can cause all Target entries in your config file to become wrong by offset, causing MRTG to graphs wrong instances etc. MRTG supports IP address instead of ifindex in target definition. Then MRTG will query snmp device and try to map IP address to current ifindex, You can use IP address in every type of target definition, by adding IP address of the numbered interface after OID and separation char '/' .... Interface by Name The only sensible way to reference interfaces of your switches. You can tell cfgmaker to generate such references with the option --ifref=name. .... Interface by Ethernet Address When the SNMP interface index changes, you can key that interface by its 'Physical Address', sometimes called a 'hard address', which is the SNMP variable 'ifPhysAddress'. Internally, MRTG matches the Physical Address from the *.cfg file to its current index, and then uses that index for the rest of the session. .... и т.д. Да и вообще, чтение документации - это хорошо.
