 В этом UPS-е хранится время последней замены батареи, afaik.
 И сигналы шлются тупо через определенный период времени.
 Виндовый "парашют" умеет сбрасывать этот счетчик времени,
 соответствующая пимпочка называется "батарея была недавно заменена",
 а еще есть пимпочка "напомнить через месяц".
