 Hа сайте www.10gea.org (бывш. www.gigabit-ethernet.org) нет упоминания о
 1000Base-TX. Про 1000Base-T написано, что он использует 4 пары кабеля
 категории 5 (а не 5е).

 Гугль кое-что находит про 1000Base-TX.
 
 "1000BaseTX does require ANSI/TIA/EIA Category 6, per the 854 Standard..."
 
 ...и т.п. Скажем, Lucent что-то такое выпускал под 1000Base-TX. Hо я так и
 не понял, сколько же, все-таки, пар он использует.
