Login without user interaction Win95
First, the GUI Login must be disabled so that it is not loaded upon
booting the computer. This is done by going into the registry and
turning the autologon off.
1. Run regedit
2. Find the registry path:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\
Network\RealMode Net
3. Once this path is reached, if the autologon variable name is not in
the registry. Right click on Real Mode Net. Select "NEW" and then click
on "Binary Value". Then edit the New Value name with "autologon".
This is lower case letters.
4. Right click on this name "autologon" and select modify.
5. Edit Binary Value screen should now be displayed. Enter two zeros at
the location of the cursor.
The entry should appear like this: 0000 00
6. Close the registry.
Now that the GUI Login is disabled, place the loginw95.exe in the
startup folder and then right click on the file name and go to
properties. Once in Netware Login Properties, go to Shortcut. The
Target will have the path to loginw95.exe and at the end of the
path place the login name and the parameter /cont.
For example:
path\loginw95.exe login_name /cont
