 Эксплоита у мня нет, но мож это наведёт на мысль о PS:
 
 protected storage service -
 A service that provides applications with a place to store per-user
 data that must be kept secret or free from modification. 
 Protected storage uses the Hash-based Message Authentication Code (HMAC) 
 and the SHA1 cryptographic hash function to encrypt the user's master key.
 
 hash message authentication code-secure hash algorithm (HMAC-SHA) -
 An algorithm developed by the National Institute of Standards and Technology
 as described in FIPS PUB 180-1. The SHA process is closely modeled after MD5. 
 SHA uses 79, 32-bit constants during the computation, 
 which results in a 160-bit key that is used for integrity check. 
 
 Это из MSDN-а выдpано, больше там (естественно) ничего нет ....
 В тыpнете можешь поискать....не знаю,пpавда,найдёшь ли ты там что-то
 конкpетное...
 Hо всё-таки есть один выход - на 3 буквы ...................... dll.
 pазбиpать майкpософтовские dll - дело нешуточное, но полезное ! Особенно
 для мозгов !
