Убери все кроме dri, freetype, type1, speedo.
Посмотри будет ли падать, если нет - добавляй по одному.

Текс... Попробуй смени тип мыша, упрости кофигурацию до минимума. Если будет
падать все равно, попробуй пересобери Xlibs из сорцов дебуяновских.

К счастью, SIGSEGV не означает хреновую память, как считают многие опираясь на
распространенное заблуждение.
Попробуй вышеописанное, если будет падать все равно, напиши мне, попробуем
разобраться. (А вообще, я бы Х-часть поставил из sid. Очень уж woody древнее)
