Хм... Самое ужасное, что таких файлов в моем Цигвине нет :-(
Ммм... Почитаем доку, откуда же цигвин берет эти конфиги.
Кстати, что характерно, если в /etc/X11/XF86Config не закомментировать
вот эту часть:
