Hу, во-первых, выше в том же файле INSTALL должно быть написано про ключи для
configure (у меня inn-2.3.1 - и там написано ;-))
Во-вторых, у тебя что - SCO 5.0.4?
В третьих, даже если у тебя вдруг SCO 5.0.4, тебе надо в config.data
не пути править, а "delete the references to syslog.3 syslog.c
and syslog.o".
