 вот что мне, в числе прочего, сказали в таке:

 We do not pass AOC info to PBX. If AOC info is received in FAC IE, we will
 decode it and update history table on the router. I though the problem was that 
 the calls get disconnected after receiving AOC info.
 Looking at the debugs the router is doing the right thing and all the AOC FAC IE
 being received are decoded properly.

 The facility we received with disconnect and release in this case is for
 the aoc, this info will be decoded by the router and update the history
 table on the router. Except for qsig everything we receive is NOT transparent.
