 Our records show that you have at least one RMA that cannot be fulfilled due 
 to import restrictions.
 Details:
 RMA: 81334694
 Part ID: CISCO878-K9 (x1)
 The product(s) listed have import issues that prohibit Cisco from fulfilling 
 the RMA. In an effort to manage aging, we are looking at alternative methods 
 to resolve RMAs that are not likely to ship.
 At this time, we would like to offer the following alternative solutions:
 1. We can ship to an alternate (non-Russia) location of your choosing. At 
 this time, this is our preference.
 2. We can offer an alternate part, if one exists, that does not have import 
 issues. Alternate part can be an entirely different product (even an 
 upgrade), or similar part without encryption, but must not have import 
 restrictions.
 3. We can cancel this RMA for you until such time that the import 
 restrictions for this type of product are lifted.
 Please state your preference and provide additional details within 2 
 business days to allow for RMAs listed above to be resolved. Requests for 
 RMA cancellation will occur immediately. Solutions may differ per product.
 Important : Please reply to me via email with your choice of the above 
 solutions in order for the changes to take place.
