I cant figure out why do you need a fulltime programmer for
debugging work...

Thats not good. I'm sure that there will be errors raised in cause
of web-server compatibility reasons.
Example, some properties is missconfigured or skipped on your server
and it may cause error messages to raise up to user.
ps: try www.elance.com or www.freelance.com.
